Week 1 EOC:Great Customer Service

The best customer experience I have ever had was at Fresh & Easy.  As soon As I walked in they asked me if I needed anything.  If I needed help finding something there was always someone to find.  They always had smiles on their faces and were never rude to you.  Part of why it was so nice was because the employees only came to you when you asked for them.  They didn’t come up to you every five seconds and asked if you needed any help.  It was nice to be in a store that had people that gave you your space.

After I went to Fresh & Easy for the first time I kept going back.  I didn’t always go to that same one.  I did it because I wanted to know if the employees at all the other stores were the same as the employees at the store I went to.  I was right! I was treated the same way no matter what Fresh & Easy I went to.  One of the best parts was that they had self cheek out….that worked.  It never messed up on you like it does at Wal-Mart, Vons, Smiths, and Albertsons.

I can’t express enough how great their customer service was.  It was like walking into the arms of an angle.  I wanted to work their because of how nice the environment was.  Everyone was just super friendly and very calm.  They all acted like they really wanted to be there and nothing could change their minds.  The way they talked was just enough to keep you coming back for more. In short if you ever get a chance you really should go to Fresh & Easy.  If you don’t love it you will at least really like it a lot.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice.

Hi I’m Angela Premo.  I am currently attending the Art Institute of Las Vegas.  I’m working on my degree for Photography and this is my second quarter.  My experience here has been extremely amazing.  In my first quarter I learned how to blend colors and draw human faces.  Even though it’s only my second quarter I have learned so much more than I ever expected.   I have always loved taking photographs of everything that I have found interesting.  I took photo one and two in high school.  It was the best part of my high school experience.  Though we mostly used black and white film we were thought some digital.   I found working with film very relaxing. Working in the dark room was one the neatest parts.  However learning how to work with no light was a little hard.  When we finally got to work with digital photography it was a whole new world.  The camera we used was a canon digital SLR.  It had a very nice picture and was easy to use.  In my option canon is the best camera to use for digital photography.  One of my favorite things to do is use things like photo shop.  You can do so many fun things to any of your photos to make them appeal to yourself and to the customer.

When it comes to helping a customer I listen to what they want and let them feel like they’re in charge.  I’ve always been told that the customer is always right.  It is one of the best things that has ever been told to me in my life.  I believe that as a photographer it is not only your job to satisfy yourself, but your customers as well.  With no happy customers comes no happy you.  And with no happy you come no happy bosses.  It’s an endless circle of unhappiness.

I as a person have great people skills.  I believe that to get long lasting customers you must now how to talk to them.  You should found out what makes them tick.  Get to know them and let them get to know you.  You should never be rude to them or act like you don’t care.  That’s how you lose your customers.

I have just been put in my first photo class.  I’m excited to learn more about the profession I have chosen to make my life career.  That may sound very boring, but it’s not.  As I have all ready said I love photography.  I have loved it sense I first learned how to use a camera.  I toughly enjoy the feeling I get when I take a photograph.  When I find something new, something that no one else has ever seen before, I take my camera and begin to take pictures of it.  I make it my goal to find things that are unique and photograph it before anyone else does.  When I say unique I mean anything from people to the dirt that covers are planet.  I live by a simple saying “everything can be photographed. It’s just a matter of finding what interests you and taking a picture of”.  I had a great photo teacher that helped me come to this realization.  If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t be where I am today.

As a professional photographer I have learned not only to keep the customer happy, but to also make sure you get everything done on time.  You should also never come to work late.  I’m always on time and make sure that I get everything turned in on time.  If there is ever a moment that I will be late or can’t come into work I will call and let you know.  It is part of my job to inform you of such things.  I will work hard and prove that I deserve to work for you.  If in the end you do not think I full filled your requirements, please let me know.  I will do what I can to full fill them.

Theirs not much more I can say to really convince you to hire me.  I trust that you will like what I have said and like my skills.  Even thought I am new at this I am still a Professional.    It shows in the way that I work and in how I present myself.
